what is the v2 evolve plan?

All aspects of the evolve plan are essentially the blueprints to my life. It is how I live my life every day without fail. Disciplined, focused and obsessed with constantly pushing myself forward. This isn’t a training plan or a nutrition plan. It’s a lifestyle overhaul that’s aims to push your discipline to its limits and help you progress in all aspects of your life. To make you switch perspective and see speed bumps in the road as a learning curve and not a failure. A failure can only exist if you don’t learn from the experience. If you do it is progress. The plan consists of three phases each running for 28 days. the first phase acts as an introduction into the plan. At the end of the 28 days you will have the option to continue with phase one or progress onto phase two.People will spend thousands of pounds on a new sofa or tens of thousands of pounds on a new car, yet will scrimp when it comes to investing in themselves. The evolve plan will only cost you £20 a month. My journey with Luke started after having had my 4th baby. I was probably at my heaviest in the weeks after my emergency caesarean. Having been slim throughout my childhood and teenage years and only putting weight on since I started having my children, I find my weight has a massive role in my happiness. Having known Luke a little through our children’s school, I’d heard that he was good at his job but I was a little apprehensive and in all honestly embarrassed, to be training with someone I knew. After struggling to lose it myself, I approached him, to finally help me get back to where I want to be. Having had a few personal trainers in the past, I had some idea of what to expect from Luke. However from the first session he went beyond what I expected. I didn’t just go in, train for an hour and go home like all the other times before. We talked about my goals, my food, what I eat, my habits, my lifestyle and straight away he gave me ideas on what to change based on what I’d told him. After making small changes I instantly started getting results. Luke’s knowledge on everything to do with health, nutrition, fitness and our body’s is amazing. He not only just does what you want him to do, but he takes the time in explaining everything in the aim you eventually you have the knowledge to maintain your goal by yourself. My favourite thing however is the support he gives. He reminds me it’s okay to have a bad day, or to lose a little motivation now and then, and that it’s okay to be tired some days. That I can go out with my friends one night and enjoy, or go on holiday with my family and eat what I want to eat as it’s not a fixed diet, it’s a lifestyle change and it’s about getting back on track when you get home. After being miserable and obsessive over food in the past, and not wanting to go out for food or to party’s because I couldn’t eat what I really wanted to eat, I know I can go out and enjoy and that tomorrow I’ll be back to it. Luke is very open about his own journey, and in return I feel it easy to tell him if I have a bad day or a sneaky treat, he doesn’t judge he just helps you to get over it and back on track. a short space of time my whole mindset and attitude have completely changed. Although I’m still a working progress, thanks to Luke I truly believe in time I will be where I want to be, and most importantly full of knowledge to maintain my goals myself in the future.
